 За шеста поредна година BG Salsa Fiesta Team организира годишния коледен салса бал. Тази година основен акцент на събитието ще бъде финалът на състезанието за Купа България, чиито основен инициатор е BG Salsa Fiesta Team.

Първите 5 двойки и отбора събрали най-много точки от провелите се през годината салса състезания ще се срещнат в директен сблъсък помежду си и ще излъчат шампионите на България за двойки и отбори в салса танците за 2009г. 

Специални гости, като изпълнители и съдии за големият финал ще бъдат Били Фахардо и Кейти Марлоу, Световни шампиони по танци и главни съдии на Световното първенство по салса провеждащо се в САЩ.

След края на състезанието ще се организира парти с едни от най-добрите български и международни DJ.

 

WE ARE ON THE FINAL LINE

Starting today with the Pre-festival Party at club Mascara, we are on the final line to the 5th BG Fanta Salsa Festival! We are all excited and waiting for all of you who will join us at this beautiful event. Here is some important information you need to know in order to be well informed and be able to enjoy your festival experience at the most.

FESTIVAL LOCATIONS

• Pre-festival Party – Club Mascara (G.S. Rakovsky Str., the building of the opera house)
• Shows – Universiada Hall (Shipchenski Prohod Blvd. 2)
• Parties – 4km Party Center (4th km)
• Workshops – 4km Party Center (4th km)

REGISTRATION
You can register and pick up your party or full pass (bracelet with chip) at all the festival info desk locations. If you have not purchased your full or party pass yet you can still do it on the spot. You need to carry and present your ID when picking up your full pass.

WRISTBANDS
Your wristband has an electronic chip which contains your name and surname. Your wristband is personal and should not be shared with anyone. If you forget your wristband upon entering any of the festival locations you will not be allowed in the venues and will be required to go back and pick up your wristband. Please carry your wristband at all festival location. A lost wristband will not be substituted with another one.

WRISTBAND DEPOSIT
When you pick up your PARTY or FULL PASS you will be required to leave a 5 Euro deposit for your wristband. At the end of the festival you will be required to return your bracelet at the info desk (Sunday, 4km Party Center, after 24:00h) and 4 Euro will be reimbursed to you. If you decide to attend a single workshop, you can purchase a single workshop pass (bracelet with chip) at the info desk and you will be again required to leave a deposit for your bracelet.

  • Universiada Hall (20:00 – 21:30)

 

• Sunday
  • 4km Party Center (10:00 – 18:00)
  • Universiada Hall (20:00 – 21:30)
  • 4km Party Center (00:00 – 2:00)

SHUTTLE SERVICE
There will be shuttle buses running from all festival locations. Upon your festival registration you will receive a festival booklet containing the shuttle service schedule. There will be shuttle service running for the workshops, shows and parties. For your convenience we recommend that you use the shuttle buses between all locations to make your transfer from one place to another easier. To use the shuttle service you need to purchase a SHUTTLE PASS of 10 Euro, available at every info desk location.
